At Fix It Sticks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
